[SWLUG] Is this spammer trying to tell us something?

I received an unusual piece of spam this morning.
I was going to ignore it.
It was titled Micr0soft S0ftware FoR a tenth of the price.

Useless anyway for a linux user.
Until I noticed the claimed occupation of the spammer.

What, I hear many of you ask is a proctologist?

Well as it happens I knew this one. It is a doctor who specialises in the 
study of the problems of the anus. 

Perhaps an appropriate occupation for a spammer selling Mr Gates' Microsoft 
products?
