[SWLUG] where's the british eff

On OpenTech (Unfortunately I couldn't make it there, so don't ask me
what was really going on there), there was a discussion about where is
the British EFF chaired by Danny O'Brien. He made a pledge:

"I will create a standing order of 5 pounds per month to support an
organisation that will campaign for digital rights in the UK but only if
1000 other people will too." on pledgebank -

I though many people on this list could be interested in this
initiative.
