Yes I can concur with this, after moving to Cardiff from London
three year ago and reaching the over 45 age group
the jobserve pages are a total joke.

It's normally the same job time and again.
Also there is a lot of ' fishing ' going on for job s that don't exist
but the agency wants CV's, this is one of the main problems with online
agencies.


Thats a good point about network guys. seems strange that the ' NOC '
guys are now watching the programming jobs walk out the door and off to
other climes!

It seems most IT is now viewed as a cost to the company, and as such
means cheapest is best.
