as secure as you make it ;-)

firewall / wifi with encrypted traffic / mac addy filtering / etc.

is she using windows? if so then you've a host of other things to look
out for.  just be careful with what traffic you allow through.  oh and
read a book or two on the subject.  its not rocket science!
