[SWLUG] Meeting Schedules

So far, Carmarthen meetings have been on the 2nd Thursday of the month,
and the Cardiff and Swansea meetings have been in a rotating cycle.

However, an increasing number of people are no longer able to make
thursdays in carmarthen, and there are too many occurances of two
meeting in the same week.

Therefore, we shall now bring Carmarthen into the cycle, giving 3 venues
spread across 4 days of the week (Mon-Thu).
