OK, really stupid question here:

IRC, oftc.net (and #swlug).
Is OFTC down? I keep getting connection refused whenever I try to log in.  
Or, is my IP/the NTL IP range blocked, or something? I'm a little  
suspicious though, as noone else seems to have mentioned it. I haven't  
changed any IRSSI settings since it last worked (last week), FWIW...
