In which case, if nobody opposes the third Tuesday for Carmarthen, for
the sake of spacing I nominate first $DAYOFWEEK for Cardiff, where
$DAYOFWEEK is to be decided.  I'm tempted to suggest Wednesday for
$DAYOFWEEK, so I'd be interested in hearing the thoughts of the
Cardiff posse on that.
