if your printer isnt on that list then your taking a gamble.
read the fine print of the specifications and see if it mentions PCL or
PS(Postscript) at all, as those protocols are standard and well
supported
anything else you just have to hope someones managed to reverse engineer
it, read the notes for other printers in the range to get hints, like
the one for aculaser c1000, which suggests some possibilities.
as for the network part, they usually support at least one of lpd (old
unix printing) smb (samba) or ipp (cups)
