Strong pound/weak dollar means that you can get some cheap quality
hosting in the US. I've been using PHPWebhosting.com for years now,
and they cost me £5.16 a month. I've thought about moving in the past
but, to be fair, they've been good. Helpful support and no problems
with billing.
