[SWLUG] removing CDFS on USB memory

Hi,

I've just bought an Intuix USB memory stick, and it turns out that it
has a "hidden" partition. On Windows I get E: with CDFS and F: with FAT.
I want to get rid of the hidden partition (which just contains some
windows software I don't want) and just have the whole thing
as one FAT32 partition so that I can read/write it on Linux and Windows
without problems.

But I can't figure out how to get rid of the CDFS partition. Linux
thinks it is a read-only CD.

Can anyone suggest a way?

Thanks!
