[SWLUG] Devel rpms

The spec file is not included in the ffmpeg-devel package. It is though
in the ffmpeg-0.4.9-0.37.20070503.lvn7.src.rpm. If you download this
package from livna http://livna-dl.reloumirrors.net/fedora/7/SRPMS/ and
install it, the spec file will be installed in /usr/src/redhat/SPECS
while the tar is installed in /usr/src/redhat/SRPMS
