I did stump them once, some three years ago, with a definitely Linux question.  
They are so helpful that I reckoned that there was an off-chance that they 
would know.  The person I spoke to made no attempt to brush me off, and 
worked patiently through all the things I had already tried.  (Orally - and 
accepted my statement that I had already done that.)

Finally the helpline chap said he was sorry that he didn't know and neither 
did his colleagues, but when I found out the answer would I ring them and 
tell them what it was, so that they would be able to tell the next person who 
asked.  I did so, and was thanked.

I know of only one person who has left Zen, and that was with regret because 
his circumstances had changed and he could no longer afford it.
