[SWLUG] Extra meeting for Carmarthen

There were apologies from one of the four last night in Carmarthen for 
not sending a reminder.
Did you just write that to give me a chance to put a puff for Edward 
Carpenter's 1890ish book "Civilisation, Its Cause and Cure 
<http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Civilisation:_Its_Cause_and_Cure>" which 
I believe (now see) is downloadable.
