I recently signed up with the Phone Coop (www.thephone.coop).  Little bit cheaper than Zen, very good help line (phoned me back twice to see if my line was working OK), will sell you a router already set up, or you can buy or use your own.  So far I have always had a reliable connection.  And you get a discount if you are a Coop member!
