[SWLUG] Suspending Swansea meetings (again)

Due to a lack of interest, I suggest we knock the Swansea socials on
the head for the time being.  Frequently I have been at the venue and
nobody has turned up, with Neil as the only company most other times.
As the saying goes, "use it or lose it", and people just aren't using
it.

The next regularly-scheduled date in Swansea is 10 March (i.e. four
weeks from yesterday), any objections or other follow-up to -discuss
before 24 February please.
