[SWLUG] Modern Liberty Convention - Cardiff - Sat Feb 28th

Hi all,

While this isn't Linux related it's quite a big event that I imagine a lot
of swluggers might be interested in attending.  

It's free to attend and is happening at 6 places across the UK with
speakers such as David Davies, Nick Clegg and the head of Liberty UK.
