[SWLUG] [SWLUG Announce] Suspending Swansea meetings (again)

Since nobody has spoken up in favour of the Swansea socials, I think
we can now knock them on the head for the time being.  This means that
the upcoming date on 10 March is cancelled, and brings us down to two
socials each month, more-or-less evenly spaced.

Justin, Gedge and Daf W: could you work your magic with the meeting
date scripts to put this into effect please?
