I'm going to try and make sure as many members as possible can make the 
meeting.  However as is always the way with such things it'll end up 
clashing with another event or appointment, so some people won't be able 
to make it as a result.  It's unfortunate but in my experience of 
organising events/meetings/whatever it always happens.

I'm still leaning towards a weekend event for the Swansea meeting. 
Unless a flurry of people say 'no we want a week day evening meet!'.

Doodle looks good.  I could also put up a poll on the website.  I'll 
take a look at putting some stuff up over the weekend.
