[SWLUG] Wierd Booting problem

Hi Folks,

Can anyone explain what is going on here and suggest how to fix it. My 
mandriva box is failing to book properly
the only error message if any significance seems to be
//bin///resume exited abnormally/ with value /22

It then goes through a the boot process displaying lots of OKs except 
one for  mounting/dev/sda1
which I presume is because I have tried to get it to work with a memory 
card in the past

It eventually opens the CD drive and sits there doing no more.

Any ideas
