You should be able to go to

http://swlug.org/mailman/options/discuss/

And put in your email address and click 'Unsubscribe'. If you
can't remember your password, there's a button for that, too.
Your password _should_ be emailed to you monthly on the first
of the month (well, mine is, anyway), so if you're lucky, it 
will be sitting in your email anyway.
