[SWLUG] Facebook page

In a spurious burst of randomness, i have decided it's about time we
added a Facebook page for SWLUG.

This page isn't intended to replace any existing services, it's just a
way to try and spread word of our existance, and to give me a place to
more easily say if i am attending a meeting or not :)
