Peter, as far as Cardiff goes it looks like we're on our own.  Are you 
happy to carry forward my idea of having a stall in Cardiff city centre? 
Or would you like to do something different?  If you're happy to run with 
my idea we can start organising things.  :-)

I don't think it's vital that the celebration be timely.  I can't see that 
something, say, in the middle of next month wouldn't be welcomed.
