[Swlug] RIPE Atlas probes for SWLUG members

Hello,

I have a big pile of RIPE Atlas probes to hand out, I've given a few
to some SWLUG members already. Atlas is a network of active probes
measuring the Internet infrastructure in real time, you can host a
probe at home or in your office and run measurements/queries.

The new probes are TPLink based units, a photo of one is here:

You can zoom in on the map to see a few in Wales, but not enough!
