[Swlug] Cardiff SWLUG meetings

Abergavenny or Newport area would potentially work for me. In general for
me, even though Cardiff is the closest location, I'm not a big pub person,
I prefer quieter places for talking, vs shouting over background noise.
Additionally Tuesday night isn't a great night for me, then add travel
to/from Cardiff to make the meeting.

I love more structured meetings, but other than the recent Saturday meetup
in Cardiff, I've never made it to a regular meeting, so I don't know how
they go typically. I enjoyed the Saturday presentation event.
