I arrived at Owain a little after 7pm ( maybe 7-15)

It's a reasonable size place with a number of distinct areas and several access points. Far from crowded, there were still a fair number of people spread around, both inside and out. I had a good look outside first, then wandered around inside. No sign of anyone so I got myself a drink and sat down. About 15mins later I move outside on the church side as the interior was a bit humid. I was going to have a bite to eat, but could not book the table where I sat. There was no desperate need so I decided to make my way home.

I was interested to read Chris and Ben's email. They might have been useful, but Wednesday afternoon, when they turned up, was a bit too late!

There is clearly a problem of communication. How can things be improved?
