[Swlug] Mint v Chromium

I use Firefox whilst my wife uses Chromium on Debian. Have done so for years and any problems have been of my own making. Except that is when I started using SSD drives. The symptoms are virtually as you describe and pretty random. Ultimately they are determined by disk writes. If you are using SSD drives you need to check this out.
