[Swlug] In person meetings

I am very much in favour of in-person meetings. Remote systems have proven themselves, but have severe limitations. I have sympathy with Rhys Sage's comments, but this group is supposed to be for South Wales Linux users. I have no issue with others outside the geographic area, like Rhys, being involved, except the extra pressures they might place on those who actually make the operation work.
