At SWLUG tonight: we might mention the bird in the room burning, whilst
advocates of Free Open Source Software, open standards, federation and not
following billion dollar babies nod sagely. We might celebrate the elephant
in the room, with the six-fold growth of Mastodon downloads, and ponder if
other platforms are rife for replacement. Plus there'll be the usual
roundup of tech catastrophes, challenges and perhaps a win or two.
