So Mastodon is less censorious than Twitter, even under Musk? I'm genuinely curious (not on either of those platforms myself).

Join us online tonight for SWLUG. A New Year with new disasters, blunders
and mayhem. Find out how a month after getting all fibred up I had my first
fault, which wasn't a fibre fault; half-stepping my way through logical
troubleshooting, almost like a trained pro.

Simply launch a web-browser and go to

Or,

"swlugmeetonline" as the name.

As soon as I thought I could safely say I could attend, work threw another spanner in the works.
For the last 2 weeks I've been driving a bus from a different base each afternoon. That ended last week. This week I've just been asked to drive a different bus from the same base each afternoon this week. Heaven knows when I'll be off tonight.
My latest exploits and wickedness can be found here: www.britishtechguru.org<http://www.britishtechguru.org>. Each new project seems less about coding and more about dealing with challenges, Chinese equipment failures and construction.
I abandoned Twitter. - not because of Musk but because of their rather heinous censorship. I can be found stirring the pot on Mastodon. Britishtechguru @techhub.social
It's a shame about the online meeting. I was looking forward to it. Not least because last time I had Daniel so cracked up laughing over my 20 foot long blue flashing led penis plans.?
Til next time...
