[Swlug] Pi Pico/Pico W

Working on the robot car, I managed to lock myself out of my own Pi Pico. Well, the fix was a piece of code downloaded from the Raspberry website which had the unfortunate effect of wiping the memory on the Pico. Fortunately it was full only of experimental software. 

So, if you're doing anything with a Pico/Pico W, you need to put a quit method in. Testing for a quit button helps. The Pico W seems prone to that while the Pico non W does not.

With my latest code I added an onscreen quit button for the web interface. I'll probably need to put a physical button in - in case the web address of the Pico W changes from 192.168.1.72. Just for visual reference I also have the onboard LED go on when the program runs and off when the quit button has been pressed.
