(I did)The magazine has just stopped publication, this month, after its 25th anniversary issue. It had a section on user groups, which is how I got to know about SWLUG.Perhaps we could raise a glass in remembrance.Malcolm Johnson-Brown -------- Original message --------From: Louise Wright via Swlug <swlug at mailman.lug.org.uk> Date: 03/06/2025 12:00 (GMT+00:00) To: South Wales Linux User Group <swlug at mailman.lug.org.uk> Cc: Louise Wright <missquids at gmail.com> Subject: [Swlug] SWLUG Cardiff meeting Tuesday 10th June
Hi all,The next meeting of Cardiff SWLUG will be Tuesday 10th June, from around 6pm upstairs in the Gatekeeper. For
those who haven't been to a SWLUG meeting before, it's mostly casual
chat, largely around technical topics (not just Linux) or anything else
that interests the group on the night. Most tend to have a meal at the
pub, but it's up to you if you want to stay for a drink or two
(alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and/or a meal, or just pop by to say hello
:-)Louise
