beneficiary and my investigation proved to me as well that Eng.Paul Frasier and his family was among the

victims of AUTO crashed on the 4-10-2000 along the Novissi Express Road here in Lome-Togo.

  I have kept the informations secret within myself to enable me look for any foreign partner of my choice

who can assist me receive this funds for our both mutual benefit.We will start the first transfer with

Seventeen million dollars ($17,000.000) upon successful transaction without any disappoint from your side, we shall re-apply for the payment of the

passport , but can only be approved to any foreigner with valid international passport or drivers license

foreigner too, and the money can only be approved into a foreign a/c. 

However, every legal steps will been put in place to obtain all legal approvals for onward transfer of this

money to your account with appropriate clearance from the relevant ministries and foreign exchange

departments. I am revealing this to you with believe in God that you will never let me down in this
