Hi,

Anyone with any knowledge of  PHP and REST APIs? A good book or online
tutorial.

I have looked at Laravel, but there may be more suitable options.

I am looking to process json file data(race timings for runners) sent for
clients.

I have a working solution.But would like to start on version 2.
