[TynesideLUG] Change to mailing list security to stop SPAM

Hi All,

Due to unsolicited emails (SPAM) on the Tyneside LUG mailing list, I 
have blocked non subscribers from mailing to the list. Previously these 
emails were held for moderation. I don't think this will affect anyone 
who has used the list recently but if you have any issues please check 
your subscriber email is correct or raise your issues at the next 
LUG/Zoom meeting.
