[Watford] First Meet

Mark, sorry you can't make it, do you have a preferences to the below:

The first LUG meet agenda:

   - Dates
   - Possible Venues
   - When the above are sorted I will update website and get some posters
   around town. (we already have some other interested members but want the
   core team to get the admin stuff sorted to keep things organised - Watford
   LUG could become the biggest in the UK!)
   Be nice to get onto some nerdy projects, the first one will possibly
   be TCP over RF primarily becouse some venues may not have an internet
   connection. We may need to erect a radio mask at Neel's high rise flat!
