[Watford] Router recommendation SVP

I have to recommend & buy a router for a customer of mine, not something that I
do very often and so don't have the knowledge to make a good choice.

Requirement:

Small company, expanding, putting in a few (8) new desks.
Need a 16 port router to provide 100Mb to the new desks, need 1Gb link to the
existing router on the floor below. It is all being wired up CAT5E.

Nothing fancy: just needs to install & go.
