Dear Everyone,

Can I make a suggestion for organizing dates?

www.google.com/calendar  -- may not be to everyones tastes as some may
not have a gmail or want a gmail account.

There are several php type calendar scripts that do much the same
thing to work out dates for meetings.
 eg.

The 14th I can do but the 15th I am away but I will make my best
efforts to make the next one if the meeting goes ahead.

So its agreed, we are meeting Thursday 15th?

My preference is Wednesdays, but i will cancel my thursday to attend
since this has been going on for quite some time.
