[Watford] Mailman or other mailing list server

Hi,

I have been away 'up the frozen north' for a while but I hope to be at the
next meeting.

I need some help with mailman.  I just cannot find instructions as to how to
use the web-admin page. Everything is installed (I think), apache, python,
mailman but I have no idea what the url and/or port numbers are supposed to
be.  So I am stuck as usual.  

If there is an easier, simple mail list server out there which does not need
python let me know.
