[Watford] Reschedule: Thursday 9th October

Tonights meeting is cancelled

We have a large number of people who cannot make it. Also, our website
which explains location and times to new members is in disarray.

Given these two important events I believe we should push back the meeting
by a week. Over the weekend I will work with Neel to get the site back up
and working (I'm thinking about moving this onto some other hosting so we
have more control). Then send out a communication to say it is backup.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I am also snowed under at work so haven't had
time to focus on the organisation of tonight.
