Geocache authentication!!

First you need to plant identification numbers throughout the UK.

You distribute to all users a list of id:latitudes pairs.

When a user tries to log in you challenge them with an id:longitude
pair.

They then need to match the latitude and longitude, go to that point,
find the cached id number, and provide that value to complete their
login.

Remember to set the timeouts on your ssh/auth systems waaaaay high!
