[Watford] Fwd: Stall at Watford Celebration 2010

I was wondering if  Watford LUG would be interested in running a
stall. The rules are that you have a free stand if you're a non-profit
organisation and you don't sell anything on the day, but you can give
as much away for free as you like. I'd thought I'd email round before
this weeks meeting.

Dear friends,

Last year your organisation held a stall at the Watford Celebration 2009.

Would your organisation be interested to have a stall at the Watford
Celebration 2010?

Watford Celebration 2010 will take place on Bank Holiday Monday 3rd
May at the Colosseum from 11am to 4.30pm with cultural and quieter
entertainments and from 4.30pm to 6.30pm we will have musical
contributions from the youth.

If you are interested to take part, could you let me know as soon as
possible so that I can reserve a table for your organisation.

I have attached a booking form for you to fill in.
