[Watford] Proposal - w3schools

Although I wasn't there, this sounds like a great idea. I self taught
myself HTML and CSS mostly for this site already, but I PHP onwards
would be new ground for me. And going through it again always helps.

Looking at them 5 chapters a week is probably sensible.
