[Watford] Slug backup

Apologies for not attending last night - but I am told that the slug is about to be reconnected - to save time if someone coulld respond here with its normal ip address I will have the correct vlan piped to it

As I mentioned last night I have grabbed a copy of the last successful complete
backup of the SLUG. This was 2010-03-28 -- a copy sitting on my machine at home.
Nothing deleted on my machine that does the backups, this is just in case.
