[Watford] Date/day venue for LUG meeting

Hi All,

It's been quite a while since I last attended one of the Linux Watford LUG
meetings. The last time I attended the meeting, it used to be held on the
first Tuesday of the month in Watford Library.

Where and when is the meeting held these days?
