[Watford] Plain text and rich formatting for gmail.

Note to anyone using gmail to submit to the mailing list.

The mailing list tends to chew up and spit out anything submitted in
rich formatting. A bit like an angry Alsation at the letter box.

In order that the dog does not eat your mail and strip the juicy bits
of HTML off of the bone, switch to 'plain text' on the gmail toolbar.
