[Watford] Mailing problems to this group

Alain put his finger on it last night.

I had installed an add-on to Thunderbird that ensured that all my posts 
went out as 'bcc'.
This prevented me from inadvertently sending out a mailing list in error.

However, when not wanting to do so, overriding the 'To' field did not
work. I have now removed the Add-On and will have to be B_careful
in future.
