The effects of age [**] I saw this today. I wonder if it would be woth getting a
lamp in my office of at least 500 lux and running it for 1/2 hour ?

Anyone any idea how much 500 lux is ?

It is probably better to go for a 1/2 hour walk every morning - even in winter
when it is dull.
