is the suse 9.1 a live eval?

what I could have done with is a live distro with e2undel on it, alas
my usual LNX BBC does not have it.

I was doing a wee bit of consultancy using suse 9.0 and the quicker I
got it off my no.2 comp the better.

I just mangaged to get the DVD to read to no.3 comp, which will
hopefully act as a mirror if I run a webserver on it and I can use the
net install .  the DVD was shagged on the base system.

Last time I used suse was 6.4, and I loved it, but I installed suse
9.0 pro and it was erm, crap, yast was great, but now its GUI only, no
shell version.

Oh yeah, I checked www.kernel.org and 2.4.8.1 is available

what happened to 2.4.8?
