[Westlothian] Hello All

[Keiran Smith]

Hello Everyone,
   My Name is Keiran Smith. I have recently taken over the running of 
the West Lothian Linux User Group. I am in the process of setting up a 
website with a forum and probably a planet. In the mean time I have 
setup an IRC Channel on Freenode residing in #wllug. In the channel I 
will be providing a bot that you can all play with.
