I used to use a pci usb card in my one old box (now sold, and living 
down south).. I still have the card, and it's yours if you want it.

It has two usb slots on the back, and supports usb 1 (I assume). I think 
the card's about two years old now at a guess. It's is made by D-Link, 
and works fine (from what I remember) under linux.
